Garden Bounty: Farmstead Broccoli Salad

Our broccoli babies are growing quite nicely! The main broccoli heads are large enough to harvest, and the plants are becoming loaded with the smaller secondary broccoli ‘shoots.’ We harvested our first two heads Thursday morning ~ amounting to just over a pound ~ and oh, how delicious it was!
