In my continued quest to make more of our food from scratch, I’ve been searching for a worthy chocolate syrup recipe. I am ecstatic to report that search is over. I happened upon a recipe for the most insanely delicious chocolate syrup ever! Equally insane is just how easy and fast it is to make. At any given moment, you are only five ingredients away from absolute chocolate bliss…and that’s if you include water as an ingredient.
I’ve made this syrup twice now. I thought the first batch was delish. Until I made the second batch. It was absolutely divine! I used a quality Dutch-processed cocoa and, to my surprise, the difference was definitely noticeable.
Chocolate milk, chocolate
drizzled drenched banana split, chocolate dipped strawberries, chocolate…by the spoonful. Aww, come on now, who really even needs a spoon?! Enjoy!
That is all. ♥
